GAMA President Marieta Vockel   was born into a multi-generational household, which shaped her love and compassion for senior adults. Her profession in finance, sales and marketing includes international business management in cooperation with UNESCO Foundation "Kids in need" in Germany. Her international background and fluency in four languages- English, German, Italian and Romanian- gives her a foundation of understanding for various cultures. She continues making a difference in a senior life through volunteer work and by supporting senior’s emotional needs.

Gabriela Istrate as the owner of Golden Age Assisted Living has over 8 years experience in managing and operating assisted living homes. She is a compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare advocate with a large understanding of the senior’s medical and psycho-social needs. Gabriela has earned the respect and trust of various health care professionals in Arizona being an active member in several health care associations.
